EXPANDED SERVICES
To facilitate the smooth transition and integration of the new executive or team you hire, Liaison Search Associates offers follow-up executive coaching services. Coaching packages include: a profile of the candidates management style (using the DISC profile); a two-hour corporate strategy and objectives planning and alignment session; creation of a personal objectives and action plan; three or six months of one-to-one leadership coaching.
